It’s no surreptitious that she went a diminutive overboard with plastic surgery, and Heidi Montag’s plastic surgeon says he’s done functioning on her.
Dr. Frank Ryan told journalists that he’s previously performed 10 like chalk and cheese procedures on the “Hills” babe and she won’t be going under his knife to any further extent.
